Theory Test Training Redhill
The Theory Test for learner drivers was first introduced by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) in July 1996. It’s main purpose is to better prepare provisional licence holders for driving on today’s demanding roads and all of the responsibilities that come with being a full licence holder.
Since it’s introduction the test has been updated several times, and now includes the Hazard Perception Test, which will test candidates on their awareness to hazards and ability to react appropriately when driving in Redhill or anywhere else for that matter.
A car theory test costs £25 and the car practical test normally costs £62. Always book your theory test either through your driving instructor or go directly to he Direct Gov website. Beware of companies who charge booking fee’s where some are very high when you can go direct.
